  • Vayreda’s Alta Garrotxa. Route 8 Garrotxa Marian Vayreda’s novel La Punyalada provides one of the best ways of discovering the Alta Garrotxa. The places depicted by this 19th century author in the scenes from his famous novel have been joined in a discovery route.
  • El Mont from Segueró route. Ruta 4 Beuda Route of 6.4 km the church of the Sanctuary of late Romanesque style, from the beginning of the 14th century.
  • Monars route The pond of Bassa de Monars and its lush green surroundings is a welcoming place to stop. Monars is part of Montagut i Oix and according to the 2007 census, eight people live in this hamlet. The first documentary records for Sant Sebastià date from 1064.
  • Route Santa Bàrbara de Pruneres Santa Bàrbara lies in the heart of L'Alta Garrotxa and affords memorable views over the Oix valley and the mountains of Bassegoda and El Ferran.The church dates from the twelfth or early thirteenth century, although it is likely that a primitive church.
  • Sant Miquel de Coma-de-Roure route In a small pass between the Borró valley and the Espinau valley, stands the small church Sant Miquel de Coma-de-Roure, located on top of the mountain of the same name with magnificent views.
  • Montsacopa and Montolivet volcanoes. Route 3 Olot This route visits two of Olot’s most remarkable volcanoes, Montsacopa and Montolivet.
  • Parc de Pedra Tosca. Route Olot 4 This easy walk is perfect for the whole family. You pass along the Carrilet, the former train line to Girona that acts as a reminder of Olot’s rich industrial past. Further on you visit El Parc de Pedra Tosca.
  • Climb to Mare de Déu del Mont from Beuda. Route 2 Beuda Walking route to Virgen del Monte, the church of late Romanesque style Sanctuary, dated from the beginning of 20th century.
  • The charcoal makers route. Route 2 Mieres This route follows some of the old paths and trails used to bring wood charcoal down from the Serra de Finestres. The path that passes by Font Ricard is an attractive mule trail that connects the hamlet of Ruïtlles to the church of El Freixe.
  • Sant Eudald de Jou route Route around Montagut, where the first foothills of the Alta Garrotxa already offer some examples of the best Romanesque architecture in the area.
  • Falgars Castle route. Route 3 Beuda Through this route we will climb to an ancient Roman castle that was of great strategic importance for the control of the territory.
  • Sant Feliu - coll d'Úria - La Salut. Natural Park route 28 Itinerary for the Health Shadow, with a significant drop, but with a reward in the form of panoramic views over the Brugent river valley and much of the Natural Park.
  • El Castellot de Beuda route. Route 1 Beuda A fairly affordable route to Castellot, an old watch building 220 meters above Beuda.
  • Les Preses, the tradition of dry-stone The need to cultivate the territory has been a transforming element of the landscape. The landscape of Les Preses stands out for its scenic attractions. Plains and mountains alternate harmoniously with croplands and forests.
  • Volcanoes and historic centre of Sant Feliu de Pallerols In the south of La Garrotxa, right in the heart of the Hostoles valley, is the municipality of Sant Feliu de Pallerols. The Brugent river, an affluent of the Ter, divides the area from where more than fifty springs flow.
  • Les Bisaroques and Font de les Tries. Route 2 Olot The Bisaroques volcano is the smallest of the four volcanoes in Olot. Along the way, we will see the black, brown and reddish colors of the volcanic soil.
  • Coll de Bas - Marboleny -Castell de Colltort - Fontpobra. Natural Park route 26 The route will take us along the watershed between the river basins Fluvià and Brugent, tributaries of the river Ter, and will take us to one of the great viewpoints of the Natural Park: the castle of Colltort.
  • La Moixina route. Route 6 Olot Signposted route for the race of the Moixina race throughout the year.
  • The Churches of el Corb route. Route 4 Les Preses Sant Miquel del Corb and Sant Martí del Corb, two of the best-kept secrets of the Romanesque heritage of La Garrotxa.
  • Sant Grau d'Entreperes to Sant Miquel de Monteia (from Sales) This route will take you to two of the most emblematic Romanesque chapels in the Sierra de Entreperes, in the Alta Garrotxa.
